Introducing Andrea!

Andrea is a Fitness Coach, Fascial Stretch Therapist, and Nutrition Coach.

Being a mom to two amazing little girls, she understands first-hand how difficult it can be to manage your time and make your health a priority.

Even though Andrea enjoyed playing sports throughout her earlier years, it was not until she was 27 years old that she discovered the gym. Up until then, she lived by the motto “Everything in moderation.” At 28 years old, Andrea found that her mental health was deteriorating. This was when she discovered she needed to make a change to her lifestyle. Lacking in personal motivation, Andrea decided to hire a personal trainer. This was a huge turning point in Andreas’s life, and what ignited her passion for fitness, nutrition, and counseling.

Six years later, Andrea in helping women who have been struggling with their motivation and their mental health. She lives for empowering women and helping them when they just don’t know what to do next!

Andrea is a voracious learner and being part of The Health Sciences Academy Brand Ambassador Program has allowed her to continue to pursue her education. The certifications empower her to improve her personal life, clients’ lives, and the lives of her family. Besides the fact that the certifications are high quality and scientifically backed, Andrea loves that she knows she has help and encouragement on the other side of the screen, all while having the convenience of studying online and being able to work her studies around her hectic schedule.

Andrea’s Favourite movie is Step Brothers, and she likes to sing in the shower.
