Introducing Marlana!

Growing up, Marlana was surrounded by health and wellness. She participated in sports and had a home gym growing up. Her family was and is mindful of what they put into their bodies.

In the beginning, Marlana went to school to become a nurse. She realized that this was not for her. Marlana worked for Rudsak as an Assistant Manager. After 2 years of working there she quit. She didn’t want to work for someone else and wanted her own company. This is when she started her Personal Training journey and took her CanFitPro course.

The next phase of Marlana’s life began. She started taking on clients as a Personal Trainer and opened up her own Wellness Studio. Which also offers flotation therapy, infrared sauna, and verju laser.

Marlana’s passions only grew from there. As a Mental Health advocate, she takes pride in always learning more so she can better serve her clients. She loves helping others to become a healthier version of themselves or assisting people in taking the step to get help.

Being a Brand Ambassador for THSA has allowed Marlana to study and expand her knowledge. She knows that gut health is directly linked with Mental Health. She knows that this is an ever-changing industry. Staying up to date with new information will allow her to not only be the best version of herself physically and mentally but, more importantly, help others on their journey.
