The reproduction, copy, distribution and sale of our materials by anyone is strictly prohibited. 5. That, where allowed, you will attribute our own proprietary work, our methodologies, our content, our plans, our systems, and our information to our name, without suggesting or implying that these are your own. In other words, Only if and when authorised, you must attribute the work to The Health Sciences Academy. 6. That if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained herein, we will take legal action to prohibit such violations and seek compensation for damages. While you are free to discuss your personal knowledge with an acquaintance or a client in a one-to-one setting, you must enter a separate paid licensing agreement with us, outside the Terms and Conditions of joining, in order to be expressly authorised to share our proprietary content or trade secrets in group coaching sessions, talks to larger audiences, group programmes, and/or any means of reaching more than one person through utilising our proprietary content. Without a separate paid licensing agreement with us in place, such activities will constitute plagiarism and we will immediately take legal action. You may, however, share with a single person, in a one-to-one setting, certain materials and session handouts ONLY where we expressly agree to it but always with attribution to The Health Sciences Academy and in the same, unaltered format provided to you with our copyright symbol (e.g. “Copyright © TheHealthSciencesAcademy.org”). We are passionate about our students growing their businesses and if you are interested in using our materials beyond our Terms and Conditions and/or beyond one-to-one coaching sessions, please contact us as a separate paid licensing agreement with us must be in place for this.
