Introducing Aaron Day!

Aaron’s early years consisted of an abundance of food living a frugal life. Being overworked, underpaid, and not sleeping correctly began to take a toll on his thyroid and adrenal glands. This is where Aaron realised he needed to make a lifestyle change.

He turned to the world of sports and fitness. Aaron lived out his dream of cycling through Europe, climbing 4500m in a one-day cycling event. He used an unusual endurance diet of high fats, low carbs to run marathons, and loves pushing past what is deemed possible by society.

After experiencing his life and growing, seeing his mother be a dedicated naturopath for one of the world’s leading companies, Aaron discovered his TRUE passion of taking everything he had learned and applying it to help others.

Aaron started a blog called “FatforWeightloss.” Using his platform, he helps people change their lives using a ketogenic diet. As a recipe developer, he understands that in today’s world, people don’t have a lot of time to cook, so he emphasises flexible, quick, and simple keto meals for individuals and families.

Aaron has been studying with The Health Sciences Academy since 2015 and has since become a Brand Ambassador with THSA. He loves the simple yet sophisticated online learning modules. Being able to study on his time was convenient, mainly because it allowed him to transition out of his job at the time and into running his business. The certifications are recognised around the world, having insurance pathways to cover your business, and offer a user-friendly platform which prioritises and helps you understand how to work with clients.
