Your opportunity

We’re looking for a talented, proactive and driven individual to support the execution and implementation of our digital marketing campaigns (to attract new learners, engage existing learners and encourage continuing professional education in health and nutrition sciences).

As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll get to use the latest tools and automation technologies in online marketing, and to assemble the systems and web elements behind high-converting PPC ads, email campaigns and landing pages that could pull in millions of pounds.

Your responsibilities include:

By working closely with the Head of Acquisition (Marketing), you’ll be supporting all execution, UX testing and optimisation needs, front-to-back, across our conversion funnels and customer value journeys.

What you’ll be doing on a day-to-day basis includes:

Familiarising yourself with our marketing automation systems as well as our digital platforms, certifications and products
Meeting with your teammates and Head of Acquisition (Marketing) to discuss campaigns, assets needed, operational set-up and testing
Actively participating in creative meetings to brainstorm marketing innovations which can improve UX experience, engagement and conversion rates
Carrying out technical implementation tasks of across all systems and platforms, including page builders, email systems, opt-in software, eCommerce platforms, LMS, automation programs, etc.
Editing campaign graphics, pages, videos, handouts, etc. and uploading/integrating these online
Helping with the preparation and execution of split tests to enhance conversion performance
Quality assuring UX journeys, smoothing out friction points and improving campaign elements to increase effectiveness
Ensuring email-list cleaning and health, and verifying that segmentations and tagging are correct and operational at all times
Tracking and reporting on all levels of email and ad campaign performance (success metrics, list growth, email deliverability, sender score, social engagement, likes/shares/views ratios, etc.)
Identifying acquisition and funnel-related operational issues and ensuring a timely escalation to resolve problems
Gathering analytics, creating performance reports and comparing data between controls and new campaigns
Moderating comments and chats embedded within campaigns and escalating to the Learner Services team where required
Helping to list all products that can be monetised and preparing pricing lists
Working closely with the Copy Team to ensure writing is consistent with campaign objectives, target audiences and brand voice
Revising, editing and proof-reading marketing content as needed
Documenting and sharing best practices and “working knowledge” with others in the team (and company)
