Toxins in food and water

One way in which we acquire toxins through our food is via pestisides used to kill insects, fungi bacteria, or parasites in plants. Toxins can also be in foods which were commercially processed, leaking from food packaging, or produced through cooking or processing. Toxins which are pumped in our air and soil can also end up in our water supply, which means that we may also be drinking toxins.
