Caffeine

Caffeine is a stimulant of the central nervous system (CNS) influencing the perception of wakefullness and alertness and also influencing cognitive performance. It is considered one of the most widely consumed psychoactive drugs. It alters melatonin levels and thus can make it more difficult to fall asleep.
