Skin ageing

As we age, certain changes occur in our body including our skin. This includes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, thinner or more translucent appearance, uneven tone, more visible pores, pigmented spots, and more. Certain (extrinsic) factors can speed the intrinsic skin ageing process up, and this is generally called accelerated ageing. This includes excess UV exposure, insufficient water intake, poor nutrition, excess body fat, and more.
