Will I have lifetime access to the materials?
- Yes, when you purchase any of our certifications or the Clinical Nutrition Program, you will receive lifetime access to start, pause, continue, and revise whenever you want!
- So you can revisit your modules, client materials and session handouts, Skills Lab™, research materials, etc.
Can I join now, but start studying later?
- Yes, of course. Once you enrol, you get lifetime access to everything, so you can pick a pace that works for you or start, pause, and restart whenever you want to.
- Many of our current students are working full-time, part-time, or juggling multiple roles, so your flexibility is always our priority. Plus you have 24/7 access to it all to learn from any device of your choice.
Can I pay via instalments?
- Yes, you have the option to spread your tuition fee if you are joining the Clinical Nutrition Program.
- In case you are joining an individual certification or a Skills Boost, we usually don’t offer instalment options.
- However, considerations can be made on a case-by-case basis, and we may be able to help you spread payments.

Is there a deadline to join?
- Yes, the Nutrition Education Annual Event special offer will end on 28 April 2023 at 23:59 (UK time).
- If you are getting paid just after this date, please contact our team without delay, and we’ll see if we can make a custom arrangement to hold your seat.
Are there any prerequisites or qualification criteria?
- There are no prerequisites for joining the Clinical Nutrition Program or any of our certifications. All our trainings have been carefully designed to help you get started without any prior nutrition knowledge.
- You only need to meet these basic requirements:
- ✔️ Proficient in English
- ✔️ High level of computer literacy (including Word document editing and formatting)
- ✔️ Good Internet connection
- ✔️ Access to a computer with video camera and high-quality microphone (for the Observed Clinic Session)
Can I get in touch with past graduates?
- Yes! Our online community is great for this.
- Click here to join right away using either your desktop (web browser) or via your mobile (download app).
- If you aren’t registered yet, you’ll be allowed to register there (it’s free for you)!
- Once you’re in, create a new conversation and ask away.
Can I get a printed version?
- Yes! We can arrange printed packs for each of our certification.
- It will be printed in high colour, on demand, in your name (!), and sent via courier to your home address.
- Remember that this is optional – you do not require the pack to certify.

Can I get a physical certificate once I’ve graduated?
- Yes! We can a arrange physical certificate after you’ve graduated.
- It's optional, and there is a small fee for the materials, packaging, handling and postage. This will be printed on security paper, with unique identifiers.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
