Lifestyle medicine

Lifestyle Medicine is an arm of preventative health which focuses on the lifestyle factors and lifestyle modifications that have the potential to reduce the risk of disease. Modifiable lifestyle factors are at the centrepiece of lifestyle medicine. Some examples of modifiable lifestyle factors include: dietary factors (such as diet quality or limiting alcohol), health attitudes and beliefs (such as prioritising health), other personal factors (such as smoking cessation), environmental factors (such as our indoor air quality), and relational and societal factors (such as connectivity).
