  • A reliable contact method (email, phone, Slack, etc.) 
  • Client tracking (CRMs, spreadsheets, programs that are unique to your niche, etc.) 
  • A secure payment portal (a way for clients to transfer money to your business account online) 
  • An area that’s large enough for you to move around if you’re hosting online workout or demonstration classes 

Anything that helps you feel more confident, improves communication, and keeps your business operating online is a great asset. 

Will I still be able to work personally with clients? 

The short answer is yes! 

There is a concern that moving services online will make you less accessible or make your sessions less personal. In reality, you can feel just as connected to your clients through video calls and frequent communication. 

It may seem difficult at first, but it will get better with time and practice. 

Make sure to set expectations. Continue to chat, just as you would in person. And provide the same level of detailed guidance you would on a face-to-face session. Normalise the experience and you’ll see any awkwardness dissipate quickly. 

Can I still increase my revenue with a remote nutrition business? 

Moving your nutrition, health, or wellness business online doesn’t mean that your opportunities are shrinking. Actually, it means quite the opposite.
