Are you...
a. healthy, a non-smoker, and aged 35-65
b. not taking medication for blood pressure, cholesterol or blood glucose control
c. living in London (UK) or surrounding areas
d. willing to replace your daily snacks (10% of daily intake) with test muffins for 12 weeks
If you answered YES to all the above, then you could be working with a team of nutrition scientists at King’s College London as their study participant!
The study involves:
- A health screening visit (45 minutes)
- 8 further visits to King’s College London
- Donation of blood samples
This exciting new study, called the InterSat study, is investigating the effects of dietary fats on cardiometabolic health, and the anonymised results will likely be published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal.
What do you get from taking part?
